Heather Howard | Partner

Heather Howard is a dedicated personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney with 20 years of experience representing clients in complex injury cases. Known for her strategic approach and unwavering commitment to client advocacy she has successfully handled numerous cases involving work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and other cases of bodily injury or wrongful death.

A graduate of the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, Heather began her legal career representing employers and insurers in private firms before transitioning in-house for two large insurance companies. This experience provided her with invaluable insight into how insurers defend bodily injury claims, which she now leverages to fight for injured individuals. She is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

Beyond the courtroom, Heather is deeply committed to helping others. A former foster parent, she later adopted six of her foster children, expanding her family to eight children alongside her husband. When not advocating for clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at various sporting events.
