Joshua P. Perkins

Josh Perkins is a shareholder at Spooner & Perkins, P.C. Josh's practice areas include workers' compensation and personal injury. Josh limits his practice to representing workers injured on the job as well as victims of automobile accidents and slip-and-fall injuries. Josh was raised in Green City, Missouri, a rural farming community located in northeast Missouri. Josh grew up on a farming and cattle operation owned by his family and learned early the importance of a solid work ethic and responsibility. Josh devotes a considerable amount of his time to representing individuals in rural communities throughout Missouri.

Josh attended the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri wherein he earned majors in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Josh obtained his legal education from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. During his tenure at Washburn School of Law, Josh was a member of the Moot Court Trial Advocacy Team. Josh is married to Katie Perkins, who is also an attorney, practicing with the law firm of Norton & Norton, P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri.

Josh is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Clay County Bar Association.
